Was not sure if you were asking about it while camping or in general. So I normally walk during my lunch break at work. I get an hour for lunch and being a former Marine we tend to eat fast sometimes. so I have normally at least 30-45 min to walk. If it is not hot I walk almost a mile. If it is hot then I take the short route and maybe 1/4mile at the most. But the way I look at is something is better then nothing. Still not at the 190 I was when I got out but I have lost 10lbs. I also try and remind myself that muscle weighs more then fat.
